- Contact a new account representative at (708) 946-2246 or (708) 258-0530 and ask to have your TeleBanc service activated
- When active, dial TeleBanc at (708) 946-4FCB (4322)
- When prompted enter your access code (any account number), enter the type of account, and then enter the PIN you received when your service was activated
- After logging in the first time, we encourage you to change your PIN to something unique that only you know
