See everything in Office ePay at a glance! The Payment Center is the place to make payments to your vendors, view a listing of your pending payments, view a listing of your recent payments, receive e-bill reminders and receive bill reminders that you have set up, all from the opening screen. Also, there are links available from this screen to add billers, view messages and review your account.
Add new vendors simply by typing in the company name and letting Office ePay search for them. If a match is found in the database, the vendor's information will automatically flood in.
Then, all you need to do is enter your account number. If a match is not found, use a paper bill from that vendor to enter their correct information.
Making a payment to one of your vendors is a snap. Simply enter the Amount of your payment in the appropriate box and select the Pay Date you want it to be made. Click Finish and your payment is set up and ready to be delivered.
