Are you having trouble logging in to First eBiz? Before giving us a call, look for these quick and easy fixes. 1. Make sure your caps lock key on your computer keyboard is not on. Your Access ID and Password are case sensitive and will not work if entered incorrectly. 2. Did you enter the eight digit token number and your four digit PIN correctly? 3. Did you enter them in a timely manner. The number generated by your token should be entered within 30 seconds of it being displayed on your token. 4. Have you auto-exceeded the amount of attempts you are allowed? You get three chances to log into your account. If you enter your password incorrectly three times, for security purposes, you are locked out and will not be able to log in again until we reset your password. Contact us by phone to reset your password. Note: This is a security feature. This feature deters anyone from trying to guess your password to access your account. 5. If these do not cure your Log In trouble, give us a call and we'll be happy to get you back to on-line banking again.
