Login Help for First eBanc

Are you having trouble logging into First eBanc? Before giving us a call, look for these quick and easy fixes.

1. Make sure your caps lock key on your computer keyboard is not on. Passwords are case sensitive and will not work if entered incorrectly.

2. Have you formatted your password correctly as you entered it? Where as your Access ID can be upper or lowercase, alpha and/or numeric, your Password must be a combination of at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and two numbers. Be sure you have entered them correclty.

3. Have you auto-exceeded the amount of attempts you are allowed to enter your password? You have three chances to enter your password correctly. If you enter your password incorrectly three times, for security purposes, you are locked out and will not be able to log in again until we reset your password. 4. Do you see your correct security image and passphrase? If not, contact us immediately.

5. If you are logging into a public computer, have you forgotten the answers to your security questions? Answering them incorrectly, for security purposes, will lock you. Contact us and we'll reset you and you will be able to choose new questions and answers.
